Covered Perfectly Cascading Vest Review

Have you ever left the mall feeling depressed because everything seems made for a teenaged size 0?  That's why I'm so happy to support brands that are especially made for us middle-aged babes, like Covered Perfectly

How lovely and flattering is Covered Perfectly's Cascading Vest, worn with their super soft MicroModal Boat Neck Top?

Instead of clinging to all the wrong places, Covered Perfectly is designed to skim the body in a flattering way.  This vest can hide a multitude of sins (Halloween candy overindulgence anyone?)

Covered Perfectly Review

Covered Perfectly is company founded by Pauline Durban who has created a brand dedicated to designing flattering clothing for women over forty.

I'm modeling the Wrap Over blouse in super soft, comfortable MicroModal fabric, with a touch of Spandex ... very flattering and forgiving if you need to hide your Valentine's Day chocolate indulgence (guilty!). Check out the whole MicroModal collection here. I picked this pretty neutral, "malt," and there are many other beautiful shades to choose from.

The brand also has some beautiful wraps and vests!

Covered Perfectly has a great selection of pretty things for my curvier readers too... check out Covered Perfectly Plus Sizes.

This brand is made in America with free shipping within the US (prices for international shipping on website).

Outfit details: beautiful blouse - Covered Perfectly, hyper-stretch skinny pants - Royalty for Me, red patent leather heels - BCBG, snakeskin cloth - vintage, sunglasses - Ralph Lauren, necklace - Zara

Need an excuse to shop?  How about a 20% discount?!  My readers use the code FSBF20.

Isn't it nice to find a new place to shop that caters to our more mature bodies and sophisticated sense of fashion?  Be sure to check out the selection at Covered Perfectly and don't forget to read Pauline Durban's inspirational story.

Royalty for Me Review!

When Royalty for Me contacted me about doing a review, I was excited and nervous. Pants aren't usually a thing that I can order online, but I loved their selection and wanted to give it a try.  How delighted was I when their hyperstretch skinny pant fit like a dream!?

These fab pants are comfortable like leggings, but the fabric has substantial weight and stretch to give you a smooth silhouette.

Don't you just love the on trend maroon color?
You can tell how much fun I had styling these!

Then of course black pants are always super flattering, right? I'm feeling absolutely svelte in these Zippered Pull-On Hyperstretch skinnies

Great for a sexy date night look ...

Or dressed down for a cute casual ensemble.

Along with these fab hyperstretch skinnies, Royalty for Me has a chic denim collection called "WannaBettaButt" that promises to "lift and shift" the booty and skinnies called "InstaShape" for slimming. They didn't have my size or I definitely would've tried those as well, because who doesn't want a little extra help when offered?!

Check out the website:

Along with amazing products, the Royalty for Me team was a joy to work with. Top-notch customer service AND super flattering pants?
Yes, please!

Firmoo Review

One of things I've been meaning to do (how long is THAT list?!) is get some new prescription glasses. I've had the same old pair forever and because I wear contacts (with a side of readers) more often than not, I just haven't gotten around to getting new ones.  But then FIRMOO made it soooo easy! They have fun and classic styles.  And all you do is order from home and your pretty new glasses show up on your doorstep.

I took a fashion risk with these blue and tortoise frames and I love them!

What do you think, Dolls?

Not only are the glasses wonderful and convenient, but Firmoo also sends along a nice case, a pouch, a cleaning cloth, and even a cute little screwdriver for eyeglass CPR!  Great customer care for a very (VERY!) reasonable price.

And who doesn't need a spare pair of glasses?

Check out the Firmoo website here ...
