Jeulia Kiss Ring Review & Fun Fashion Friday Link Up!
Let me introduce you to a charming online store with romantic affordable jewelry, Jeulia.
Jeulia has such a sweet backstory (read it here).
And check out their unique designs!
From their lovely options, I choose to review this gorgeous on trend Rose Gold Kiss Ring made of 925 Sterling Silver and white crystals.
Your pretty piece comes packaged beautifully and ready for gift giving, with a luxe box, gift bag, and even a polishing cloth for keeping your treasure in tip top shape.
And look how chic it looks, styled with some arm candy! I had mine made to size for my middle finger and love the way it looks.
Other perks of shopping at Jeulia: free shipping, 180 day return policy, a one year warranty, and straight from the manufacturer prices!
(Jeulia gave me this ring to review. All opinions are my own as always.)
A few fab looks from last week's link up I wanted to share with you:
Samantha of Fake Fabulous
Plaid and an adorable dog? Cuteness overload!
Jessica of Jeans and a Teacup

The World of Michal Golan
I'm not in the habit of asking brands to collaborate. Like an old fashioned "Rules" girl, I prefer when they come to me. But my enthusiasm bubbled over for Michal Golan Jewelry and I asked and they readily agreed.
Loving so many of Michal Golan designs, the decision of what to pick was difficult. But I was over the moon excited with my choice when this stunner arrived in the mail ....
This is the Medium Silver Evil Eye Necklace with Blue Crystal Center. I love the mix of silver and gold tones and the the beautiful aqua blue stones.
All of Michal Golan's jewelry is designed and handmade at Michal Golan's studios in New York. The pieces are made of high quality materials. This necklace is brass and sterling silver with Swarovski crystals and glass beads.
I love how the necklace can be easily adjusted to from 16 inches to 20 inches long. (I think I have it at about 18 inches in these photos.)
The necklace comes beautifully packaged with the story of the designer, which you can also read here.
Now can we just talk about the cool mythology behind the evil eye design? Wearing an evil eye, also called a nazar amulet, will protect you against others' envious ill wishes. In an industry prone to occasional envy issues, couldn't we all use the extra protection?
Don't you love how I coordinated my toe nail polish with the necklace? (Yeah, I only wish I was that organized. Here's to happy coincidences!)
A big thanks to my bestie, Lynn, for taking these photos for me! I usually do all my own pictures with a tripod and timer cam setting, but it was so nice to have someone behind the camera (though we had to break for fits of giggles here and there).
So my only complaint about Michal Golan jewelry is that I like it too much and have already started shopping for my next piece!

Lately, I just can’t get enough of bohemian clothes. Whether it’s in the form of a top or a dress, these pieces has been showing up everywhere and looking better than ever. The best part? It can be worn for both day and night.
So, this time, I picked crispy white Venice dress. A versatile piece with countless ways to wear it, and I decided to pair with a vintage belt, hat and ribbon around my neck just to get those '70s vibes.

On the Street
I never know what kind of photograph I am going to get when I'm shooting on the street. So much is dependent on the moment, my subject's mood, how I approach them, and how much they trust me. I have to establish a level of comfort within the first few seconds of asking someone to take their picture. When I first approached the woman above she was very shy, but as soon as we started to speak I could see her start to open up. I commented on her gloves and told her that I had always loved looking through my grandmother's drawers and seeing her wonderful pairs lined up in a row. I explained a little bit about my project and she said that she would be happy to pose for a photo. Our entire interaction lasted under five minutes, but I really feel like I captured the spirit of this incredibly gracious and elegant woman.

It's all about the pre-fall in the August issue of Elle Serbia. Shopping and styling tips, pre-fall guides, micro trends and many more. We picked leopard print as a workwear theme cause we wanted to encourage you to embrace your wild side and also make it appropriate for the work place.
It's playful and powerful print and also a versatile trend you can enjoy year-round but you need to tread it carefully. So, if you not sure how to do it, pick one accessory and give it a ride! ;)
p.s. if you have strict dress code, forget about this distressed pair of jeans (or wear it on casual Friday) and swap it with pair of cropped pants for example!
